Lovely Boutique Experience

We had a wonderful stay at Axelhof Boutique. The spacious suites were beautifully decorated and allowed us to relax and unwind. We were impressed by the helpful staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The early check-in and late check-out were a special touch for our honeymoon. The hotel also surprised us with a complimentary cake and in-room breakfast, adding to the romantic atmosphere.

The hotel had comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms, making for a relaxing stay. Its central location provided easy access to local amenities, including a nearby bank and grocery store. the restaurant's chef provided fantastic personal service during our dining experience.

The lack of access to an iron in the room or ironing room proved inconvenient. the internet connection was spotty and unreliable, causing frustration during streaming.

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to explore.

The breakfast was a disappointment. the eggs were always cold and the selection was limited.

This centrally located hotel is a great spot for anyone visiting the city. Within walking distance to many amenities and conveniently close to the train station. The quiet street ensures peaceful sleep. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast spread is delicious and the room service food is very tasty. Melchior restaurant on the premises is a standout, serving some of the best meals in the city.

One area that needs improvement is the speed and connectivity of the wifi, particularly in the rooms.

We have no reservations about recommending this hotel to anyone. It truly exceeded our expectations and provided us with a luxury experience that was worth every penny.
